These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of decodeastrology.com (the “Website”), as well as your purchase and use of our tarot readings, Vedic astrology readings, reports, digital products, and other services offered through the Website.

By accessing the Website, purchasing a service or product, submitting information through the Website, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or purchase our services or products.

1. About Decode Astrology

Decode Astrology is an individually operated website and brand based in Nepal.

The Website provides content and services relating primarily to Vedic astrology, tarot, spirituality, self-reflection, and related subjects.

We may update, expand, modify, or discontinue portions of the Website, our services, or our products at any time.

2. Nature of Astrology and Tarot Services

Astrology and tarot readings offered by Decode Astrology are intended for spiritual, informational, personal-reflection, and entertainment purposes.

Our readings and reports are interpretations based on astrological systems, tarot practices, information provided by you, and the practitioner’s interpretation.

They should not be understood as guaranteed predictions, factual certainty, or guarantees of future events or outcomes.

You acknowledge that:

No Professional Advice

3. User Responsibility

If you are facing an urgent medical, psychological, legal, financial, safety, or other serious situation, seek assistance from an appropriately qualified professional or relevant emergency service rather than relying on our services.

We do not guarantee that our services will produce a particular personal, professional, financial, romantic, spiritual, or other result.

4. Accuracy of Information Provided by You

When purchasing or requesting a Vedic astrology reading or report, you may be required to provide information such as your name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, or other relevant information.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.

Astrological interpretations may depend on the information you provide. If you provide an incorrect date, time, place, or other information, any resulting interpretation may be affected.

We may rely on the information you provide without independently verifying its accuracy.

5. Live Readings and Appointments

Depending on the service purchased, your reading may initially be arranged through WhatsApp or another communication method specified by Decode Astrology.

After purchasing a reading, you may be redirected to WhatsApp or instructed to contact us so that the reading can be arranged and conducted.

Rescheduling

If you need to change your appointment, you may request a rescheduling.

Rescheduling is subject to reasonable availability and must be arranged with Decode Astrology.

Late Arrival

A delay of up to 15 minutes may generally be accommodated.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the remaining time available for your reading may be reduced or the appointment may need to be rescheduled, depending on the circumstances.

Failure to Attend

If you do not attend your scheduled reading, you may contact us to request a rescheduled appointment.

If you fail to attend twice, or repeatedly fail to respond to reasonable attempts to contact you, Decode Astrology may consider the appointment forfeited and retain the amount paid.

Cancellation and Refunds

Payments for appointments are non-refundable once the appointment has been cancelled by the customer, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Once a reading has begun, no refund will be provided.

If Decode Astrology needs to cancel or is unable to conduct the scheduled reading, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the reading with you.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

6. Digital Products

Decode Astrology may sell digital products, including but not limited to reports, guides, educational materials, written resources, files, and other downloadable or electronically delivered products.

Unless otherwise expressly stated on the relevant product page:

Digital products are non-refundable once they have been downloaded, accessed, delivered, or otherwise made available to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device, software, internet connection, and other technical requirements are capable of receiving and accessing the purchased digital product.

You may not claim a refund simply because you change your mind after accessing or downloading a digital product, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

7. Payments and Pricing
